Diamond Eye Performance provides diesel performance products, utilizing over 60,000 square feet of space to manufacture components. By investing in several CNC mandrel bending machines and support equipment, Diamond Eye produces the finest exhaust components within the automotive industry.
James Reeder, IT Manager, joined the company shortly after it was founded in 2000, and was tasked with implementing software that would help to produce products in larger quantities. The existing system lacked needed functionality, so additional software was added. Eventually, Diamond Eye had four systems, adding unnecessary complexity and opportunities for lost or incorrect data.
After shopping around for a new solution for a couple of years, James and his team met MIE Solutions at the FABTECH tradeshow in 2012. Both the cost of the software and the features that MIE Trak Pro offered won over the Diamond Eye team.
Eventually, they stopped using Peachtree altogether and are now only using one piece of software to run their business, as was their initial goal.
