Robert Kirkpatrick, Operations Manager, joined the Litus Global team in 2017 to oversee and improve production efficiency—particularly with respect to their partnerships in the defense industry.
Robert joined the team with a wealth of experience in manufacturing and production control. With previous experience using MIE Trak Pro ERP, he and Scott knew that MRP software would improve their efficiency in production. The team was utilizing QuickBooks and spreadsheets for all aspects of production tracking.
