Overview

Maloya has been a premier fabricator of custom metal products for over fifty years.

Originally, Maloya supplied laser cut metal products to other contract manufacturers. Gradually, as more expertise was developed, they began offering more value-added services to clients. Maloya expanded its capabilities to manufacture products for OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) clients in multiple industries, including aerospace, pharmaceutical, transportation, and custom architectural metals.

In 2006, Maloya acquired the Sage Heater business. The Sage products are computer-controlled, large format, diesel-fired, mobile process heaters for deicing aircraft. End users include the US Air Force as well as domestic and international commercial airlines.

As the company grew, the Maloya team realized that simple spreadsheets could not meet their growing demands. Since Implementing MIE Solutions Software in the late ‘90s they have expanded from a 5,000 sq. ft. facility into a 50,000 sq ft facility in Long Island, New York.
