The last company we used before wouldn't lift a finger to help get customized communication, but we were able to get it up and running after only a meeting or two [with MIE]. Another thing I like about MIE Trak is how they have so much information on each page. You can use your arrow key or mouse and scroll down through RFQ's, orders, items, PO's, etc., and look over each of the said objects. We also really like how the MIE Trak does the time and material collections on each work order, although we haven't fully implemented that feature yet."
